Union Supply Direct - Colorado Inmate Package

Rules and Regulations

All items in this catalog have been approved by the Colorado Department of Corrections. Union Supply Direct will only accept orders placed by family members and friends. Incarcerated Individuals may not purchase packages for themselves or other Incarcerated Individuals. Multiple orders may be placed for an Incarcerated Individual every month as long as the listed monthly spending limit for the facility and/or housing unit is not exceeded. To determine the Incarcerated Individuals eligibility and the maximum spending limit by facility and/or housing unit, please refer to the table provided. Package privileges are subject to change without notice. There is a $10 product minimum per order, this minimum does not include shipping or sales tax. Any orders received under this $10 product minimum will be canceled and refunded to the customer. Package privileges are subject to change without notice.

Ordering Information: Orders are accepted February 1 —July 31, 2024.

Delivery of Packages: USG delivers packages to Canteen weekly, and Canteen will then deliver to each facility based on their commissary delivery schedule. USG does not have access to the commissary delivery schedule.

Substitutes: If an item is discontinued by the manufacturer, we will substitute with an item of equal or greater value.

Payment Method: Union Supply Direct accepts the following forms of payment: credit card, personal check (must have customers name, address & phone # imprinted on it), money order (must be domestic, printed in the U.S.) or cash payment through ACE CASH EXPRESS®. We accept major credit and debit cards with the following logos: Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Union Supply Group. Please be sure to provide your exact credit card holder name, billing address, CVV code and the telephone number that your credit card issuer bank has on file for you. The following forms of payments are not accepted: Green Dot, Cash App, and Apple Pay.

Sales Tax: Union Supply Direct has applied a sales tax for personal hygiene products as required by the state. Sales tax has already been included into the price of these items. Sales Tax is subject to change without notice.

Shipping: All shipped orders will be charged $8.95 (non-refundable).

Returns: Used or abused items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please check all your items upon receipt. If any of these items are found to be missing, defective or damaged in shipping, please notify a facility staff inventorying your package immediately. Damaged food and hygiene items will be refunded. If the original payment was made by credit or debit card, approved refunds will be credited back to the card used in the original purchase, including prepaid credit and debit cards.

Customer Service Questions: Canteen and Colorado correctional facilities will not handle any calls or questions regarding the package program. Please direct all calls regarding package orders to the Union Supply Direct Customer Service Department.
